Residents in Broadland are encouraged to take part in a new survey to find out their views on Broadland District Council’s garden waste collection service.
EDITED 30/11/16 - Survey now closed - thanks for all your feedback
The council is asking for feedback from those who currently use the brown bin service, as well as views from those who are not yet subscribed.
The garden waste scheme is a subscription service which provides a fortnightly collection of garden waste throughout the year, excluding Christmas and New Year. The cost is currently £52 per bin per year, or £45 for direct debit, billed annually for the period 1st April to 31st March.
Cllr John Fisher, Broadland District Council’s portfolio holder for environmental excellence, said:
“We are carrying out this survey to understand the requirements of our residents, and their current and future potential use of the garden waste service. We want to ensure that our service matches their needs where possible.”
