Members of Broadland District Council met via Zoom call for an Extraordinary Council meeting on Tuesday 30 June.
The meeting was called to discuss proposed changes to the Council’s budget to mitigate against the impact of the coronavirus crisis.
Chairman of the Council, Cllr Karen Vincent said:
"We had another successful virtual Full Council meeting on Tuesday night. Members were able to meet via video call to ensure that the Council continues to be open and transparent in its decision making and ensure our essential services are delivered to our residents during the coronavirus crisis.
Members unanimously accepted the proposed amendments to the Council’s budget. These changes will allow us to better support those residents and businesses worst affected by the Covid-19 pandemic."
