A new Why Weight course in Acle will help anyone who wants to lose some weight and keep it off. The 12 week course run by Broadland District Council focuses on lasting changes to lifestyles so participants can lose weight without calorie counting.
The Acle course starts on January 18 and will involve friendly, sociable sessions on Wednesday afternoons with talks, activities and demonstrations and tips and tricks to help you make healthy choices and find exercise you enjoy.
A second course begins in Spixworth on Wednesday 8 February from 6.30 to 8.30pm at Spixworth Village Hall.
It costs just £6 a 1.5hr session or £50 for the full 12 weeks.
