European Parliamentary elections

European Parliamentary elections are held every five years on a date fixed by the European Parliament. Broadland is part of the Eastern Region (with seven MEPs), one of nine electoral regions in England.

You can see the results for 23 May 2019 which was the most recent European Parliamentary election. You can also see the results for May 2014.

A referendum on the UK’s membership of the European Union took place on 23 June 2016, it resulted in an overall vote to the leave the EU.
