Parish and Town Council elections

There are 51 parish and town councils in Broadland, some of which are divided into wards. Parish and town councillors are elected every four years, the most recent elections were held in May 2019. There are also 12 parish meetings that do not have elected parish councillors.

Learn more about polling districts and parish boundaries and visit the websites for the National Association of Local Councils and the Norfolk Association of Local Councils for more information.

A by-election may be held to fill a vacancy for a parish/town councillor.  An election takes place if there are more valid candidates than vacancies. By elections can take place at short notice so please check this page regularly.
