Why Weight? is a healthy lifestyle and weight loss programme with no calorie counting and no forbidden foods.

Over 12-weekly group sessions you will learn various techniques to help you create healthier eating habits and increase your levels of physical activity to help you stay fit and healthy for the long term.

You will also receive support from the friendly group sessions where you can share your experiences and learn from others
