Broadland Top Dog

New Public Spaces Protection Order in place: This will increase the fixed penalty fine to £100 from the current £50

Show you’re a responsible dog owner and lead by example

Top dog ribbons are available from the Councils reception as our successful campaign continues.

Hundreds of dog owners joined up to the scheme when it was launched in 2016, with dogs wearing colourful ribbons on collars and leads to show they have a responsible owner who clears up after them.

We are asking dog owners to continue to help us spread the message that there is no excuse for failing to clear up after your pet. The more people out there who are helping to report issues and those failing to clear up, the cleaner our district will be.

Download our Top Dog poster to remind dog owners in your neighbourhood to lead by example. Posters can be placed on your property boundary only, please don’t attach them to street furniture such as lamp posts.
