New Public Spaces Protection Order in place: This will increase the fixed penalty fine to £100 from the current £50
It is illegal for someone to let their dog foul a public place and not pick it up.
Please use the contact details below to let us know if you have witnessed someone not clearing up after their dog.
The more information you can provide to help us identify the owner of the dog, the more chance we have of taking action.
For us to take formal action, you need to have seen the dog(s) actually doing the fouling and the dog owner then failing to clear it up. You will need to give us a witness statement and may be required to go to Court.
