You have a 21 day period in which to submit your comments. All representations received prior to the determination of the application will be taken into account. As an application may be determined at any time after the 21 day period has expired, there is no guarantee that late submissions can be taken into account.
Please note, any comments you send will be available for the public to view. We will remove your name, signature, email address and telephone number from any comments made available for public inspection. Comments received will be retained for six years from the date of the decision of the application.
Any matters of a confidential nature should made to the Head of Planning in writing to the address below. Comments made confidentially will not, however, be able to be taken into account in the determination of the planning application.
The Council's decision will be posted on the website.

- application number or
- name of the street or
- names of parish or
- date of the application or
- type of application
If the 'current status' of the application is REGISTERED and the comment option is not available, you may still comment on the application by email or post (see below).
