Community at Heart Awards

Our Community at Heart Awards are back for a fourth year and nominations are now open.  The awards celebrate those people and groups in our communities who go above and beyond what is expected of them to improve the lives of others.

You can download a nomination form. Please email it to us or print it out and post it back to us using the details below.

Nominations should be no longer than 300 words. Please check the categories below when deciding who to nominate. The closing date for nominations is 9 am Monday 24 September 2018.

The awards ceremony will once again be sponsored by Price Bailey and will take place at The Space on Tuesday 30 October, 2018. If you would like to look back at who won last year, please view our Community at Heart Awards 2017 news article to see the results.
