If you are not happy with the service you have received from the Council we want to put things right as quickly as possible. To enable us to do this please follow the complaints procedure:
- first tell the staff providing the service why you are unhappy. If you do not want to do this, or you have done this and are not happy with the answer you received, please contact their manager
- if you are still unhappy please make a formal complaint
