If you're not happy with the service you've received from us, we want to put things right as quickly as possible. In the first instance, please tell the team providing the service why you're unhappy as they'll be best placed to resolve the issue. If you don't want to do this, or have done so but you're still not happy with the answer you have received, please make a formal complaint by completing the online form below or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to reply to all formal complaints within 10 working days.
If you're still unhappy with the outcome then you can complain to the Local Government Ombudsman who look at individual complaints about councils. They're a free service and investigate complaints in a fair and independent way.
