Make a complaint

If you're not happy with the service you have received from us, we want to put things right as quickly as possible. To enable us to do this, please tell the team providing the service why you're unhappy as they'll be best placed to resolve the issue. If you don't want to do this, or have done so but you're still not happy with the answer you have received, please make a formal complaint to us by completing the online form below or email or phone us on 01603 430615. We aim to reply to all formal complaints within 10 working days.

If, once you have made a formal complaint to us, you are still unhappy with the outcome then you can complain to the Local Government Ombudsman who look at individual complaints about councils, all adult social care providers (including care homes and home care agencies) and some other organisations providing local public services. They are a free service and investigate complaints in a fair and independent way.
