Everyone needs a bit of extra support from time to time and the Help Hub makes sure people get that help as soon as possible, if they begin to experience difficulties. For many years Broadland District Council has been committed to early intervention, solving issues before they become problems.

The Broadland Help Hub is a vibrant and lively multi-disciplined network of professionals which helps partners to develop effective and efficient interventions either as part of mainstream services, specific targeted work or exciting new pilot projects.

Our aim is to work in a highly connected way that ensures individuals get the right help, from the right people, at the right time which maximises all opportunities for them to achieve their potential without the need for long-term support or interventions.
