The Council deals with nuisance vehicles as defined in the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environments Act 2005 (CNEA). These include cases where:
- Two or more vehicles that are being advertised for sale within 500m of each other on the highway for the purpose of a business
Or - One or more vehicles being repaired on the highway as part of a business...
