Broadland has an alternate weekly refuse and recycling collection scheme, collecting rubbish one week and recyclable material the next.
The 'Reducing Rubbish by Recycling' alternate weekly kerbside collection was introduced between March 2003 and January 2004 to help residents reduce the amount of rubbish sent to landfill by increasing recycling.
