You can access your Business Rates account details online to: check how your bill is calculated, view correspondence we have sent to you and make an online payment.
First you must register and receive a PIN (personal identification number) which will arrive by post in three to five working days.
register as a new user | log on as an existing user
You can also do the following without registering:
set up a direct debit | search for a rateable value
In addition you can use the online change of circumstances form to let us know if you have moved your business address or changed your business name.
