further information

Fun Zones run from 9.30am - 3.30pm and are a mixture of arts and crafts activities and games for children aged 5 - 12 years. Each Fun Zone involves a different specialised workshop.

Art Zones consist of specialised art based workshops such as canvas painting, learning to draw, jewellery making and cookery.

Sports Zones offer a chance to try new sports and build on current skills. Sessions, led by qualified coaches, are offered in sports such as badminton, tennis, archery and golf. A number of sports follow governing body award schemes.

Teens Zones consist of specialised activities for those aged 10+. Activities include crime scene investigation, radio broadcasting and computer skills.

Through partnership working we are able to offer additional sessions such as wildlife zones, subsidised theatre tickets, dance workshops and additional sports events.

Children's University

Young people are able to collect stamps towards their Children's University learning passports at some of our sessions. Look out for the logo in our current brochure to find out at which activities stamps can be gained. Learning passports can currently be obtained from all libraries and some schools in Norfolk. There are over 125 activity providers set up across Norfolk where young people can take in activities outside of school time and earn stamps. Young people can graduate once they have reached certain milestones of learning hours.
