PRESMA

The aim of the classes is to assist in the development of the whole child so he/she can gain a sense of self confidence and achievement. Classes usually last about 35/40 mins with approximately 10 children.  Classes contain all elements of music : melody,rhythm,pitch, etc. The classes of music and movement offer educational development for the child, are great fun and give the carer and their child a unique time together.  As a charity we offer a reduced fees system for families who need financial support.

Horsford Youth Football Club was founded in 1975 and was awarded the FA Charter Standard in 2007.

Kettlercise

Kettlercise uses low weights with high reps to maximise fat burning, muscular endurance and weight loss. Each session consists of a kettleball specific warm-up followed by the main workout of 37 exercises, performed for a minute each in a continuous flow. Kettlercise is a full body workout that is a high calorie and fat burner. It improves muscle strength and tone as well as core stability.

Sessions are held at Lodge Lane Hall (access via infant school), Old Catton, NR6 7HL on Saturdays from 9am to 10am. The first session is free, following sessions are £5.00/ £20.00 for 5.

Old Catton's Football Club for the under 16's. Old Catton JFC is the largest junior football club in the Norwich area and the second largest junior football club in Norfolk. Old Catton Pre-School

Old Catton Pre-School is a registered charity run by a management committee. We are based in a classroom of Lodge Lane Infant School. Where we have our own separate outside play area and entry and exit door. We hold 10 sessions a week with a maximum of 22 children per session. Our session times are 8:45 - 11:45 and 12:30 - 15:30, at a cost of £8.00 per session. However, the term after your child's 3rd birthday, you are eligible to 5 hours per week free (5 sessions) funded by the local authority.

Old Catton Tennis Club

Outdoor tennis for Old Catton adults. The Old Catton Tennis Club (retired group) meets on Wednesday afternoons at the tennis courts in the Recreation Ground on Church Street throughout the year. We start at 1:00pm and finish about 3:30m. In the summer, we also meet on Friday evenings from 6:00pm until dusk and we cater for the more energetic and younger adults here. Kettlercise

Kettlercise uses low weights with high reps to maximise fat burning, muscular endurance and weight loss. Each session consists of a kettlebell specific warm-up followed by the main workout of 37 exercises, performed for a minute each in a continuous flow. Kettlercise is a full body workout that is a high calorie and fat burner. It improves muscle strength and tone as well as core stability.
