eco-homefuture housing growth in broadland

The Greater Norwich Area, including Broadland is designated as a major growth area as part of a regional plan known as the East of England Plan. Key locations for development within Broadland, Norwich and South Norfolk are outlined in the Joint Core Strategy - a document produced by the GNDP. To find out more about the Joint Core Strategy, please visit the relevant link at the bottom of this page.

Broadland District Council is currently choosing sites to meet the specified growth, taking into consideration the views of the public and technical bodies raised during the consultation process. Further consultation will be held on production of the draft versions of the following documents.
