pollution control - noise
We can investigate most types of noise problems (excluding road, rail and aircraft noise) on your behalf, if it is having a significant impact on you and/or your family.
You will initially be required to keep a record of the problem, to give us an idea of when the noise is affecting you.
An Environmental Health Officer will then investigate the matter for you, taking action where a statutory nuisance is believed to exist.
Your details are not disclosed to the person complained against.
