council chairman, leader and groups
The Chairman of Broadland District Council - Mrs Shelagh Gurney - was elected at the Annual Meeting of the Council on 10 May 2012. Also at this meeting Mr Roger Foulger was appointed Vice-Chairman, Mr Andrew Proctor as Leader of Broadland District Council and Mrs Jo Cottingham as Deputy Leader.
The other political group elected to the Council is the Liberal Democrats, their Leader is Mr Nicholas Starling and Deputy Leader Mr Dan Roper.
In addition there is one Labour Party Member, Mr Bill Couzens.
