You can access your own Council Tax account details online to check how your bill is calculated, see payments that you have made or payments which are due and view correspondence we have sent to you.
Please note: Unfortunately we are currently experiencing some technical problems with our card payment system. Should you wish to make a payment, please contact 01603 430600 or 01603 430601 for council tax or business rates. For any other payment please contact 01603 430469. We are also unable to process any payments to Broadland District Council via an HSBC Plus card. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
First you must register and request a PIN (personal identification number) which will arrive by post in three to five working days.
