The council tax and business rates section at Broadland District Council aim to provide an efficient and responsive service for residents and businesses in the area.
We want to provide a timely, accurate and reliable advice and as a result only use experienced staff for dealing with customers enquiries.
We have a high level of customer satisfaction and we do not operate a call centre because we think it is important for people to be able to talk to a member of staff who is an expert in council tax or business rates and can therefore give the best possible level of service within our resources
We believe it is important for you to know the standard of service that you can expect from us so we have produced the information leaflet below, which makes a number of key promises to you as well as giving you information about how to make a complaint.
