You access your own, or your tenant's benefit claim details online. First you must register and receive a PIN (personal identification number) which will arrive by post in three to five working days.

Benefits claimants: Access information used to assess your entitlement, details of payments we have made or are due to make, correspondence we have sent to you and any balances outstanding for overpaid housing benefit.
Landlords: View payment, overpayment and entitlement details for your tenant (if you are currently paid housing benefit directly). You will not be able to view your tenants personal data.
In addition you can use the online change of circumstances form to let us know about any changes in your circumstances that will affect your benefits claim.
